LEGAL SERVICES BILLED HOURLY WITH PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE

With exceptions for agreed matters, most legal services are billed hourly.  Initial retainers vary, but generally range between $1500 and $5000.  In some cases, flexible payment plans can be arranged.  

AFFORDABLE MEDIATION SERVICES

Mediation fees are billed at $150.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum, paid upfront.  Any subsequent fees owed are due and payable at the end of each mediation session.

SIMPLE WILLS, ADVANCED HEALTHCARE DIRECTIVES, & POWERS OF ATTORNEY PACKAGES

Most simple wills can be completed for $300. An Advanced Healthcare Directive and Power of Attorney can be added to many simple wills for a total flat fee of $500 for all three documents.  A couple with "mirror wills" in which each person's will mirrors the other, when drafted and executed together, can be discounted.

CREDIT CARDS, DEBIT CARDS, and ELECTRONIC CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED

Major credit cards and e-checks / ACH transfers are accepted with online invoicing and payment available. 

MILITARY DISCOUNTS

Jennifer offers military discounts to her Active Duty and Veteran clients and their immediate family members.  Please let Jennifer know if you are a veteran at your initial consultation.
